A great practice, from reception staff right through to medical staff. You are always treated as a person, and your individual needs recognised. A particular mention for the girls in Pharmacy, who go the extra mile to help, and are always cheerful.

I found this medical centre very efficient. My Doctor, Dr M Bemment is very professional in all he does, he listens to my problems and then asks for any paperwork, Doctors notes, etc. Then in consultation with myself decisions are made on my medication and the way forward, he has booked me in to see a specialist at the hospital, I would give him a 10 of 10. The nurses are also good explaining what they are going to do and telling me the reason they are doing it. They are also good at calming people down if they fear needles etc. Reception staff are very nice and always willing to help. Dispensary staff explain what tablets they are giving me and answer any queries I have.

As a patient I always find that whole practice works as a well co-ordinated team with your best inerests to the fore. I feel that I and my health is important to the whole team. Cannot heap enough prase on them.
